Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs for orders up to 8 kg are £4.52. The cost of shipping on deliveries from 8kg to 16kg is £7.20. Shipping is free on orders over 16kg.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. The cost of delivery for UK mainland is included in the price. Delivery outside the UK Mainland will be charged separately. You should recieve your order within 7 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All coffee purchases are zero rated. Other goods include VAT at the prevailing rate currently 17.5 percent.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your order, return it within 30 days in original and undamaged packaging to claim a refund.
